PURPOSE:To regulate power consumption while considering the operating conditions of power system by a constitution wherein one of a plurality of sectioned loads is controlled according to the power system operating conditions on power supply side to be opened appropriately according to the lowering conditions of reserve capacility. CONSTITUTION:Power is fed through a distribution line 6a, a transformer 5 and a distribution line 6b to loads 4a, 4b in a consumer L. The load 4 is sectioned into loads 4a, 4b which are fed with power in different manner. In other words, the load 4b connected with a distribution line 7b can basically consume power freely at any time but power supply to the load 4a connected with a distribution line 7a is limited by the reasons on power supply side. Consequently, a power company can limit power supply partially for reasons of its own. |
