PURPOSE:To provide a storage device for a photosensitive plate capable of positioning by means of a positioning device and preventing the contact of the photosensitive plate with a positioning member when the exposed photosensitive plate is carried into a pallet. CONSTITUTION:The storage device for a glass dry plate is provided with the positioning device 31, the pallet 34 and a manipulator 32. The positioning device 31 positions accurately the glass dry plate 35 in a first central reference. The pallet 34 is provided with the positioning members 36 and 37 which position the photosensitive plate in a second central reference different from the first central reference so as to prevent the abutting of the glass dry plate 35 when the plate 35 is placed in the first central reference, and stores the glass dry plate 35. The manipulator 32 carries the glass dry plate 35 along the prescribed path including the positioning device 31 and the pallet 34.
