<p>PURPOSE:To perform the batch updating of each user master by providing the discrimination condition replaced by the information (fixed flag) on the only mother master side without providing the information (fixed flag) changing the item on the master on the user master. CONSTITUTION:So as to perform the batch change processing of a user master 2 intentionally changing the specific data in the record after a user extracts the specific record from a mother master 1 while taking the management number as the identification condition in the revised mother master 5, a fixed flag 53 directing the right or wrong of changing the user master 2 and the replacement to the change data of the mother master 5 corresponding to each data item of the revised mother master 5 is provided. Thus, the batch updating of each user master 2 can be performed by providing the only the fixed flag 53 of the revised mother master 5 without providing a fixed flag intentionally indicating the change on the user master 2.</p> |
