PURPOSE:To obtain a planographic printing plate having excellent water retentivity and printing resistance as a planographic printing plate utilizing a silver complex salt diffusion transfer process. CONSTITUTION:When a substrate is successively coated with at least one undercoat layer, a silver halide emulsion layer and physical developing nuclei to obtain a planographic printing plate, a matting agent and titanium oxide are incorporated into the undercoat, layer and the center line average roughness Ra of the planographic printing plate is regulated to <=1.2. |
