PURPOSE:To partially change a noise condition by scanning an overall area once, detecting pixel groups from a small black pixel group to a large black pixel group and then, fetching the black pixel groups satisfying a prescribed condition. CONSTITUTION:It is decided whether a set of black picture elements is a noise or not in accordance with not only a noticed picture element and peripheral picture elements but also the number of picture elements, the rate of flatness, and the curvature of the picture element part. That is, the noise of plural picture elements is eliminated fundamentally. This system scans the overall area once to detect the pixel group from the small black pixel group to the large black pixel group and fetches the black pixel groups satisfying a prescribed condition thereafter. Therefore, the noise condition is partially easily changed, and not only one picture element but also the size and the form are designated. A hyperboloid of designated curvature having the number of picture elements and the rate of flatness as orthogonal asymptotes is adopted. Noise candidates are displayed in color and are confirmed to change the condition. |
