PURPOSE:To easily generate and collect LSI diagnostic data on an LSI diagnostic data generation method which is to obtain information on a state where an electronic computer is operated from a terminal equipment and sets it to be LSI diagnosis data. CONSTITUTION:In an electronic computer system provided with SVP2 having a function outputting state information on the internal part of the electronic computer 1 to an external part and with the terminal equipment 2', the terminal equipment 2' is provided with an LSI diagnosis data generation processing part 3 fetching state information in an arbitrary clock from SVP 2, extracting state information for diagnostic arbitrary LSI constituting the electronic computer 1 from obtained state information and converting it into LSI diagnosis data on an LSI tester. Then, LSI diagnosis data is generated based on information on the state where the electronic computer 1 is operated in the terminal equipment 2'. |
