PURPOSE:To enable a device which mounts a TAB on a glass board with pressure fixing to be prevented from deteriorating in positioning accuracy due to the movement of the glass board when it is fixed by pressure. CONSTITUTION:When a suction head 5 is made to move to a mounting station sucking a TAB 4, the relative amount of deviation is detected by a visual recognition means 9 to correct the suction head 5 by moving it, and then the suction head 5 is made to descend to fix the TAB 4 to a glass board by pressure, At this moment compressed air is jetted out from a suction nozzle to form an air layer between the suction head 5 and the TAB 4, whereby the TAB 4 is made to follow up the movement of a glass board 6 at pressure fixing. |
