PURPOSE:To secure precision of an exposed image and a transfer position regardless of a state of deviation of an original by detecting a leading tip of the original based on reflected light quantity from the original and rotating a resist roll after a set time with that detection. CONSTITUTION:In the copying device forming a latent image on a photosensitive body 7 by slit exposure, developing this latent image with a developing device 9, and transferring a developed visual image to transfer paper 22, the exposed image is matched with the transfer position by providing a light receiving element 20 detecting the leading tip of the original based on the reflected light quantity from the original and starting rotation of the resist roll 14 again after the set time when the leading tip of the original is detected by this light receiving element 20. |
