PURPOSE:To allow a master station side to manage the management of a charge and its payment altogether even for communication from a slave station to a master station. CONSTITUTION:Each slave station is provided with a slave station side means (ISDN interface 11 and B channel communication reception control section 12) receiving packet information, a means (similarly the interface 11 and a D-channel packet call control section 14) sending the packet information, a means (own station information section 15) generating slave station information, and a slave station side control means (D channel packet call control section 14) making a call to the master station and sending slave station information. The master station is provided with a master station side means (ISDN interface 21 and B channel communication call control section 22) sending information, a means receiving packet information (similarly the interface 21 and D channel packet reception control section 24) and a control means (slave station recognition control means 25) making a call according to a line exchange system B channel call procedure by the master station side B channel communication means based on the received slave station information. |
