PURPOSE:To prolong the life by reducing the number of times of storage. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a nonvolatile memory 1 which is composed of a SRAM and an EEPROM and is capable of moving the mutural storage content, a power source part 2 supplying power to this nonvolatile memory 1, a change monitoring means 3 monitoring the change of the storage content of the SRAM and a memory control means 4 controlling the nonvolatile memory 1. The memory control means 4 writes the content of the SRAM in the EEPROM only when the power source part 2 disconnects power source and the change monitoring means 3 detects the change of the storage content of the SRAM. |
