PURPOSE:To provide the control system for the outline font which draws characters with overlapping contours in an easy-to-read state. CONSTITUTION:This control system for the outline font consists of a drawing means 3 which draws characters according to the outline font data 2 having plural contour data 1 showing the contours of the characters, order data 4 which are inputted to the outline font data 2 and indicate the upper/lower relation of the contour data 1, a contour upper/lower decision means 5 which decides the upper/lower relation of the contour data 1 according to the order data 4, and a white line generating means 6 which generates a white line at the periphery of an upper contour part decided by the contour upper/lower decision means 5. |
