<p>PURPOSE: To perform accurate filtering by providing a multiplexer, etc., which performs selective output according to a correlativity detection result, and then detecting not only the correlativity of a luminance signal, but also the correlativity of a color signal, separating the luminance signal and color signal from a line having large correlativity, and outputting band-pass filtered signals when inter-line signals have no correlation. CONSTITUTION: This circuit consists of a 1st delay unit D1, a 2nd delay unit D2, a 1st subtracter 10, a 1st adder 20, a 2nd adder 30, a subtracter 40, 1st and 2nd low-pass filters LPF1 and LPF2, 2nd and 3rd band-pass filters BPF2 and BPF3, a correlation detection part 60, a coefficient generation part 70, a 1st band-pass filter BPF1 and a multiplexer MUX1. The multiplexer MUX1 outputs the output of the 1st band-pass filter BPF1 and the outputs of the 1st and 2nd delay units 10 and 40 selectively according to the correlativity detection result. In this constitution, similarity between an upper and a lower line is detected when the luminance and color signals are separated, and the luminance signal and color signal are separated in order from the line having larger similarity.</p> |
