PURPOSE:To implement radio communication excellent in quality and transmission efficiency under a radio environment changing with location and time. CONSTITUTION:A bit error rate measurement data generator and a bit error detector 11 measure a radio communication bit error rate for a prescribed time of interval in two sets of radio communication monitors interconnected by a wired communication interface 13, and a control section 12 selects a data length and an error correction system optimum to the radio communication from a storage section 14 based on the result of measurement and uses the result as information. The information is provided to a radio station connecting to the wired communication interface 13. Thus, the radio station uses the information offered by the radio communication monitor and the radio communication with an excellent transmission efficiency is implemented with high quality at all times against a radio environment changing with location and time. |
