PURPOSE:To reduce the load of an operator by operating a registration stopping processing at the time of a response error due to the abnormality of response information corresponding to an acceptance number inquiry, and outputting the cause by a message. CONSTITUTION:When input information is transmitted from an acceptance terminal 3 to a host computer 4, an acceptance number is issued, it is stored and managed by a hard disk device 5, and an acceptance slip is issued. When the acceptance number is inputted to an accounting counter 2, the acceptance number inquiring message of a message format, is prepared, and transmitted to the host. Then, when the response message of the message format is transmitted from the host computer 4, each item in the message is checked, an error code is stored when the accept number is not matched with the acceptance number in the response message, and the registration stopping processing is automatically operated. That is, the registration is automatically stopped at the time of the generation of an error by the analysis of the response message from the host computer 4 corresponding to the inquiry of the accept number at an accounting terminal 6. |
