PURPOSE:To see that it can exhibit the light permeability and the protective function stably even at high temperature and high humidity without the deterioration of a protective film itself by making the protective film contain resin being made by polymerizing or copolymerizing trivalent or more hardening acrylic monomers. CONSTITUTION:On a stainless board 100, an a-Si film 101 and, thereon, an In2O3 electrode 102 are provided, and furthermore, a protective film 103 is provided. The protective film 103 contains the resin being made by polymerizing or copolymerizing trivalent or more hardening acrylic monomers. As the ingredients of the monomers of resin, the one which has acryloil groups or methacryloil groups three or more can be cited. Accordingly, it does not deteriorate extending over a long period even under high-temperature and high-humidity environment, and can preserve transparency. Thereby, the drop of the efficiency of the conversion from light to electric energy can be suppressed. |
