<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of take-out and storing operation of a medium. CONSTITUTION:A labelling part 9 is provided on the housing shelf 2 of the medium 1 and a reading/writing mechanism (not shown in the figure), and a reflection sensor 10 for detecting the labelling part 9 when the transferring mechanism 3 of the medium is positioned correctly to the position of the housing shelf 2 or the reading/writing mechanism is provided. Further, a flag 6 is provided in parallel with a spline 4 guiding the transferring mechanism 3, and a flag sensor 7 detecting the positioning reference pattern of the flag 6 is provided. A motor 5 is stopped by a control mechanism 11 at the position where the number of the output pulses of an encoder 8 detecting the rotational amount of the motor 5 reaches a fixed value when the transferring mechanism 3 approaches a target and the positioning reference pattern of the flag 6 is detected by the flag sensor 7. When the labelling part 9 is not detected by the reflection sensor 10, the stop position of the motor 5 is corrected and positioned again by the control mechanism 11.</p> |
