<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a production method of electrophotographic developer in which deposition of the electrophotographic developer on the inner wall of a pipe is decreased, switching the system to wash the pipe is unnecessary and the working rate and the productivity of fascilities are increased, by making the inner surface of the pipe smooth and controlling the air flow rate. CONSTITUTION:An electrophotographic developer is produced by powder processing with several processes of kneading, pulverizing, classifying, mixing screening and drying the toner material essentially comprising a binder resin and a coloring agent. As for pipes used to transfer the powder in each process and between processes, such pipes having smoothed inner surfaces by polishing or resin coating are used. The powder is transferred under >=30m/sec air flow rate.</p> |
