PURPOSE:To obtain a ring resonator suitable for a large power resonator composing a high frequency filter with a small size having excellent dielectric withstanding voltage, heat radiation effect, temperature characteristic and vibration proof property, etc. CONSTITUTION:A metallic strip plate whose one end is fixed to the lower wall of a shield case 1 is folded as a U-shaped to form an inductance forming part 2. A solid-state dielectric body 4 is interposed between a folded part 3 formed by folding further the end part of the inductance forming part 2 and the lower wall of the shielding case 1, a capacitor forming part is formed with the folded part 3, the solid-state dielectric body 4 and the lower wall of the shield case 1 and the resonator element composed of the inductance forming part and the capacitor forming part is incorporated in the shielding case 1 to constitute the ring resonator. |
