It consists in the coupling of an electric motor which operates at 12 or 24 volts. The assembly is totally independent, all that is necessary being connection to a source of electricity which supplies a voltage of 12 or 24 volts. It may be connected to the battery of any vehicle or, alternatively, to a power source.
