Improvements to patent 8901508 for process for manufacturing a product similar to eel meat and product thus obtained

Starting with two different types of paste, basically with the same ingredients of patent 8901508, but one of them having an added colouring such as, for example, cuttlefish ink, in a suitable proportion to give it a blackish colour, the whiteish paste is subjected to an extrusion process, preferably in an extruder whose head has a number of dies, the paste coloured with blackish colour reaching each one of these dies radially, at lower pressure and at a lower flow rate, so that the confluence of both types of paste within the dies of the extrusion head defines, upon exit therefrom, continuous filaments of product which are basically whiteish but have a black cord and are rectilinear on one of their generatrices, in such a manner that, after fragmentation of said filaments, the units obtained are similar to "black-back" eels. Provision has also been made for the aforesaid fragmentation cuts of the continuous filaments to be oblique in order to define end bevels in each unit to simulate the head and tail of the eel, the first having a slope of the order of 45 degree and the second having much less of a slope, less than 10 degree.
