The improvements consist in forming, in addition to a paste similar to that of patent 8901508, a second type of paste which basically coincides with the previous one but to which cuttlefish ink or ink from another cephalopod has also been added, or, as appropriate, a suitable colouring, in a proportion suitable for achieving a dark or blackish colour for said paste, in such a manner that this blackish paste is used to obtain that portion of the eel's body which corresponds to its "back", whilst the remainder of the body is obtained from the paste which has not been coloured with this product. |
