Clock with multiple set time indicators

The timing device such as a wrist watch or clock, or a desk top time indicator or device incorporated in a process control unit has a display unit for the actual time and also includes an audible or visual warning system for a number of selected set times or time periods. Each set time is determined by an input unit which stores data corresponding to the interval of time between the actual time and the target time. The input data can correspond to a day, week, month or quarter. The system which initiates the audible or visual warning uses a timer which operates in steps of one minute and can operate forwards or backwards. The three sets times can be separately indicated for different activities and can be repeated at specified time intervals.
