An endoprosthesis with a prosthesis component (4) made of visco-elastic plastic like polyethylene for securing to a prosthesis component (1) of stronger material like metal by means of a screw component (3). The screw component has an anti-release device consisting of a series of projections (14) and recesses which engage in one surface (13) of the plastic, which plastically deforms. To this end a pair of surfaces on the screw component and the plastic component is selected, the spacing of which is structurally fixed (especially by means of hard stops 8, 9) and which does not transmit the force with which the screw component is tightened. |
