<p>The subject of the invention is a process for attaching a nucleotide sequence to a porous support by means of an antibody involving, on the one hand, the adsorption of the antibody onto the support and, on the other hand, a specific immunological type reaction between a substituent of the nucleotide sequence, or the nucleotide sequence hybridised with a complementary molecule, and the said antibody, characterised in that a solution of the antibody and a solution of the substituted or hybridised nucleotide sequence are first mixed and the mixture is then passed, after incubation or otherwise, through the porous support. Application, inter alia, to the typing of pathogenic agents, preferably after amplification of the characteristic nucleotide sequence(s).</p> |
