The anhydride binder, comprising anhydrite powder, mineral filler, chemical additives, activated by Portland cement, consisting in that it includes Portland cement in the quantity of 0.5 to 10.0 per cent by weight in relation to the weight of anhydrite, and sulfates of alkaline metals in the quantity of 0.5 to 2.0 by weight in relation to the weight of anhydrite.
