The police signal securing system uses a number of steel fixing cables (15), each secured to the top of the signal post (1) at one end and wrapped around the outside of this post (1) before being anchored to the ground at the opposite end, via respective anchoring bolts (6). The anchoring bolts (6) may either be embedded in the foundation for the police signal or be attached to respective anchor blocks (12) individually set into the ground.
