METHOD FOR BOTTLING VINE LEAVES

The method for the standardisation of packaging vine leaves into jars is preservatives free and salt free, while jars are sterilized prior to packing. Jar lids are placed in hot water in order to warm up and are fastened immediately when taken out. Lids close airtight. The lid's temperature frees a part of the moisture of the vine leaves thus creating air under pressure which prevents the vine leaves from spoiling.
