The present invention relates to a polyorganosiloxane composition that is highly dispersible in thermoplastic resins. The polyorganosiloxane composition comprises, (A) a polyorganosiloxane, and (B) a copolymer of styrenic monomer and polyorganosiloxane macromonomer where the polyorganosiloxane macromonomer contains at least 1 radically-reactive unsaturated group in each molecule, and component (B) is dispersed in discontinuous form in component (A).
