<p>Heat-resistant nitride dispersion strengthened alloys provided with a base metal consisting of Fe-based ferrite steel, Fe-based austenitic steel or Ni-based alloy, and AlN particles or BN particles dispersed in a matrix of the base metal and increasing a heat resistance of the base metal. The alloys are heat-resistant strengthened alloys superior in high temperature strength with the AlN particles or the BN particles dispersed therein.</p>
