The tablet has structure comprising compacted granulates (a) at least one compacted medicament; together with (b) an opt. intra-granular disintegrant. The granulates are compacted together into a tablet form together with an extra-granular disintegrant and opt. an extra-granular lubricant, provided that, if a lubricant is present, the amt. used is less than 0.5% by wt. of the tablet.
