<p>The product having anti-tumoural activity comprises at least one portion of gravid uterine tissue preferably where an embryo is implanted which has developed during the period of cell differentiation during major organogenesis. The product also comprises an oviparous embryo homogenate in the stage of cell differentiation. The process for obtaining the abovementioned product comprises taking at least one portion of the gravid uterus during the period of cell differentiation, preparing a homogenate by appropriate ultrasound treatment, obtaining an ultracentrifugate and from the ultracentrifugate selecting at least one fraction separated out on the basis of a difference in sedimentation coefficient so that the said fraction can be used as a whole or purified as an anti-tumour agent. Likewise the product obtained from oviparous embryos in the period of cell differentiation is obtained by appropriate ultrasound treatment without being subjected to mechanical disaggregation. Subsequent ultracentrifuging can be used to obtain fractions which can be purified.</p> |
