The device for absorbing the energy of hits and shocks, applied especially in motor vehicles, consisting in that it includes shock absorbers (1), (2), (3), the aperture (9) of the shock absorber (1) being connected by a pipe (8) with the opening (10) of the shock absorber (2), whereas the opening (11) of that shock absorber is in turn connected by a pipe (6) with the opening (12) of the shock absorber (3), whereas the opening (13) of that shock absorber is connected by a pipe (7) with the opening (14) of the shock absorber (1), thus forming a closed system.<IMAGE>
