发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DIFFUSION COATING TO CONTAINED A RARE-EARTH ELEMENT
摘要 A diffusion coated layer containing rare earth elements is formed by (1) making a packing powder composed of 1-5 wt.% aluminum (Al) powder, 1-5 wt.% halide compound and the balance alumina (Al2O3), (2) mixing the packing powder with 10-50 wt.% (based on the weight of the packing powder) rare earth powder, (3) mixing the mixture with dilute organic binder solution, (4) coating a surface of a metal with the obtained mixed solution and drying in the air, (5) burying the dried metal in a retort filled with packing powder, (6) forming aluminide coating layer containing rare earth elements on the metal by charging the retort in a furnace maintaining the temperature range to 800-1,100 deg.C and vacuum or inert gas atmosphere, for 1-10 hours.
