<p>PURPOSE:To provide an assembly line information transfer system which can more sufficiently check the contents of work, and has high labor effectiveness, and moreover can realistically comprehend the progress state of work. CONSTITUTION:In an assembly line where a conveyor line 1 is divided into plural number of tacts T, and a work piece 3 proceeding on the conveyor line 1 is machined in order at each of the tacts T and finished to a target stage, a work document to show the contents of work at each of the tacts T is stored in the memory 12 of a host machine 10, and transmitted to a work station 20 provided at each of the tacts T from the host machine 10 before the beginning of the work, and displayed there. A switch S1 is turned on at the time of completing the work per work piece 3 to carry the work piece 3 to the following tact T and moreover to report the completion of the work to the host machine 10.</p> |
