PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage from the fine interstitial characteristic of an elastomer and to obtain the contrast effect in diaphanoscopy by X-rays by laminating and forming a leakproof layer with a material having the interstice denser than the interstitial characteristic between the material particles of the elastomer of a bulging part and forming a contrast medium layer in the bulging part. CONSTITUTION:The leakproof layer 3 covering the elastomer layer 2' is laminated and formed with the material having the interstice denser than the interstitial characteristic between the material particles of the elastomer constituting the bulging part 2 in the bulging part 2 known as balloon or cuff formed in a catheter A for medical use. The contrast medium layer 5 consisting of the contrast medium exhibiting a contrast effect at the time of X-ray contrast inspection is laminated and formed on the bulging part 2. Since the leakage of hot fluid is obviated in this way, the specified expansion state can be maintained before the removal of the catheter and since there is no need for injecting the contrast medium at the time of insertion of the catheter by the disphanoscopy using the X-rays, the adverse effects that the injected contrast medium exert on the treatment are entirely eliminated. |
