<p>PURPOSE:To make the setting of an arm angle free and also improve safety in the case of a home use muscular power training device by attaching tightly and turnably a fitting plate fitted with the other end portion of an arm having a handle at the tip and a hydraulic cylinder for moving in inclination the arm, at the fitted portion of a base plate by means of a tightening tool. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 12 is fitted to main frames 16 at a predetermined height, and a fitting plate 2 is fixed with a screw 14 so that an arm 4 may be able to move horizontally in regard to the base plate 12. And, when the fitting plate 2 is turned axially in regard to the fitted portion of the base plate 12, the direction and position of the arm 4 are changed. Also, the inclination angle of the arm 4 is changed and set by extending/contracting a hydraulic cylinder 6 freely by means of a dial 5.</p> |
