<p>PURPOSE:To prevent works from being stored in a work storehouse for an undesirably long period and to reduce a time required for carrying-in and carrying-out operations by carrying works in and out of the work storehouse where a plurality of work storage parts are arranged, by a work carrying-in and carrying-out means. CONSTITUTION:A means is provided which designates as a carrying-in work storage part a work storage part with the shortest distance along the movement path of stacker parts 33 and 34 of a stacker crane 5 from a work carrying-in part 11. In addition, a work storage part for a long storage period among work storage parts in which works to be carried out are stored and a work storage part in which work to be carried out is stored and whose distance along the movement path from the positions of the stacker parts 33, 34 are the shortest as carrying-out work storage parts.</p> |
