PURPOSE:To improve such problems as generation of gum during processing of a resin and inclusion of the generated gum in a product caused by discoloration of the gum, to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance and to extend life of the die by projecting the apex part of the nozzle from the die face. CONSTITUTION:An apex part 4 of a nozzle is formed so as to project it from the die face 2. To provide this projected nozzle part 3, a method wherein a die main body 1 and the projected nozzle part 3 are integrally formed with the same material and a method wherein only the nozzle part 3 to be projected is separately formed and it is then fixed at a specified position of the die face 2 by means of welding are cited. The length of projection of the nozzle is pref. 2-100mm and more pref. 3-50mm. in addition, it is made in such a way that the nozzle part 3 has a mean thickness of 1-10mm. As the material for the nozzle part, a ceramic is used. It is possible thereby to eliminate any influence to a product caused by discoloration and to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance. |
