PURPOSE:To prevent generation of over supercharging caused by maximum speed fuel cut. CONSTITUTION:Opening control of a waste gate valve 31 during execution of the maximum speed fuel is inhibited by opening control inhibit means 61 on the basis of a signal from a maximum speed fuel cut carrying out detecting means 60. It is thus possible to prevent generation of over supercharging condition after fuel cut is released.
