<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a production of a double-side metal siding material superior in workability and strength and a device therefor. CONSTITUTION:As metal belts 8, 8a, a rear-side material of a conventional metal siding material is used. While being supplied, the metal belts 8, 8a are embossed and preheated, as required. In a conventional metal siding material production machine, the rear-side material is supported by a roll, a pressing device inserts both ends of the rear-side material into the tub of the top-side material by a presser roll of a curved surface disposed just after the support roll, and in the supply paths of the rear-side materials, embossing machines 9, 9a and preheating devices, as required, are disposed.</p> |
