PURPOSE:To enable analysis efficiently with one apparatus both in biochemical inspection and immune serum inspection concerning an automatic analyzer for clinical inspection. CONSTITUTION:An automatic analyzer for biochemical inspection and immune serum inspection is provided with a container 9 for pretreatment to execute the pretreatment of a sample of the immune serum inspection or the like, a changing mechanism 12 to change the container 9 for pretreatment, a computer 8 which judges a method of pretreatment according to analysis items and disc 10 on which multiple kinds of pretreatment containers 9 are set. Both of the biochemical inspection and the immune serum inspection are made possible with one analyzer thereby enabling efficient analysis. Automation of the pretreatment of the sample eliminates error in taking samples thereby achieving higher reliability. |
