PURPOSE:To enable flanges to be formed which have a uniform thickness, and higly accurate configuration from a desired quality of material by enabling a thin wall container of a multilayered structure to be manufactured economically without collapsing the layered constitution and giving a secondary work to the manufactured container. CONSTITUTION:A sheet raw material 5 containing resin layers having specific functions of gas barrier or the like is mounted in a mold core 9 of an injection molding apparatus 24, and resin is injected into the recession G of the mold in which the sheet raw material 5 is mounted to thereby form a prefoam, and then the formed prefoam 7 is molded by means of a container molding apparatus 26 for manufacturing a container. Such container molding is conducted by clamping the outer periphery C of the injection resin layer of the prefoam 7, and the outer periphery C becomes a flange of the manufactured container. |
