<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a sheet material from being obliquely fed due to conveying force of a paper feed roller and slip torque thereof when the sheet material is fed by the paper feed roller and when the sheet material fed by the paper feed roller is conveyed by a resist roller. CONSTITUTION:A paper feed roller 2 and a separator pad 5 can be moved in a sheet material width direction to connect the separator pad 5 to the paper feed roller 2 by a connecting mechanism 41 associated with detaching action of a mount/removal member 35 for removably fixing a sheet material restricting member 7 relating to a hand insertion tray 1, and further the paper feed roller 2 is moved to the central position in the lateral direction of a fed sheet material S by a moving mechanism 26 associated with sheet material restricting action of the sheet material restricting member 7.</p> |
