PURPOSE:To efficiently produce a molded object consisting of a thermoplastic resin foamed layer and a skin. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin mixed with a foaming agent is subjected to stamping molding to mold a foamed layer 1A and a skin 3 is inserted in a mold to be unified with the foamed layer 1A. Since the skin 3 and the thermoplastic resin foamed layer 1A are bonded in a stamping mold 2, a process is simplified and, since only the skin is trimmed, the yield of a material is enhanced. |
