PURPOSE:To reduce cost of a run channel by using, as base rubber, the rubber suitable for halogenation, i.e. the rubber having an unsaturated bond. CONSTITUTION:A glass-run channel is formed by using, as a main base rubber, the rubber whose molecular structure has an unsaturated bond, or a thermoplastic elastomer. Next, the surface of the glass-run channel is treated by halogenation. On the surface of this glass-run channel, a film made up of denatured nylon and/or polyurethane, and/or polyvinylidene fluoride, and/or polyvinyl chloride, is formed with a thickness of 1 to 100mum. |
