PURPOSE:To provide a new thrombolytic protein having high thrombus specificity and exhibiting an anti-coagulative action. CONSTITUTION:The thrombolytic protein of this invention is a hybridized product produced by combining a tissue plasminogen-activator or its modified product with a part or all of the epithelial cell-multiplying factor-like domain of throbomodulin directly or through a linker, and is produced by a genetic recombination method.
