PURPOSE:To obtain an exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger which has sufficient corrosion resistance, a compact structure and in which thermal fatigue of a tube due to the linear expansion of a fin can be reduced and a cost can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A shell 23 is formed of a pair of split halves, and the surface of a support 26 of a lower side for supporting the lower end of a tube 24 is formed in an oblique surface. A drain pipe 30 is disposed at a position to become a lower side of the support 26, and a bent part is further formed at the fin.
