PURPOSE: To obtain a dried mixture, tablets, pills or granules containing a steroidal compound having high efficacy. CONSTITUTION: This dry pharmaceutical preparation contains a steroidal medicine having high efficiency and a vehicle capable of binding to the medicine in an amount of >=80% and having <=10% separation potential to the medicine. The vehicle includes sprayed and dried polyalcohols, granulatedα-lactose hydrate or a mixture thereof. A method for producing stable tablets comprises including at least one kind of steroidal medicine each in an amount of 0.005-0.5wt.% in each tablet. The dry mixture consists essentially or 1-100 pts.wt. of at least one kind of medicine uniformly dispersed in 2,000-20,000 pts.wt. of whole vehicle.
