ARMATURE CORE FOR ELECTRIC ROTARY MACHINE

PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of scrapped material by a method wherein the shape of a slot bottom section to be formed by an arm section is formed in a circular arc with the same diameter as the external one. CONSTITUTION:The external shape 4a of a magnetic pole teeth sections 4 is formed making a circle with diameter phi and a center point 2 as the center. A central section 6 and the magnetic pole teeth section 4 are formed in such way that they are interlinked by three arm sections and the curve which forms a slot bottom 8 to be formed by the arm sections 7 is made in a circular arc to be formed by the diameter phi. Hence, as the material from which the slot section of an armature core has been punched can be utilized as the magnetic teeth sections for the other armature core, generation of scrapped material can be reduced.
