The safety container for scoria in devices for destroying medical instruments such as hypodermic needles, scalpels and the like, has an outer cylindrical body (2) and an inner cylindrical body (3) that can be mutually coupled so as to form a container body (1). The outer cylindrical body (2) has an outer opening (20) and the inner cylindrical body (3) has an inner opening (21) which can be arranged, by turning the cylindrical bodies (2, 3), so that the openings (20, 21) are mutually aligned when the container (1) is in its active position and so that the openings (20, 21) are mutually opposite when the container (1) is in a closed position. There are also temporary locking portions (30) that act between the cylindrical bodies (2, 3) in their active position and stable locking device (25, 60) that act between the cylindrical bodies (2, 3) in their closed position. |
